Saratoga Springs Temple Wedding

Natalie and Brock worked with us for their Saratoga Springs Temple wedding to create stunning wedding florals in bright hues. In fact, the colors Natalie picked for her florals (primarily fuschia & blue) were just as vivacious as her personality. Which was on full display on the day of her wedding. Natalie and Brock’s Saratoga Springs Temple wedding was a beautiful celebration of their love. A symbolic ring exchange followed their temple sealing, along with a wedding reception that proved to be a celebratory night spent with friends and family.

Our approach to their floral design throughout the creative process was to ensure that the tones Natalie selected, along with the arrangements needed, reflected a cohesive experience in every way. Each element was equally as important as the next in showcasing the couple's bright and fun take on their wedding day.

Natalie and Brock’s wedding day took place in the summer. We enjoy working with our couples to find the freshest longest-lasting locally grown flowers. When it comes to summer weddings in Utah, that means working with a selection of abundant roses and delphinium. While working with these blooms, we also focused on adding variety through texture to create depth. All in all, producing captivating floral arrangements that would photograph beautifully for Natalie & Brock.

Wedding photography is not allowed inside the temple. However, it is important to find an experienced wedding photographer. One who knows the ins and outs of capturing all of the amazing moments that happen after your temple sealing. This includes that pivotal moment when the temple doors swing open and you emerge as newlyweds!

It's equally important to work with a Utah wedding florist who has knowledge and experience in creating floral designs for temple weddings. For example, when those doors swing open? We know the importance of our bride having her bouquet in hand from that very moment on! Once those doors swing open the celebration begins, but so does your wedding photography experience. Typically, when a newlywed couple exits the temple, they’ll be flooded with well wishes from friends and family who can’t wait to hug them and bask in the joy of their brand-new marriage. Having your bouquet in hand will ensure those moments are captured perfectly. While also embodying the emotion and symbolism of your beautiful temple wedding.

Once the hugs and celebration subside, you’ll work with your photographer to capture photos with your wedding party and family. This typically happens on the temple steps or on the grounds. Prior to this, we like to ensure that all of your bridesmaids, groomsmen, and immediate family members have boutonnieres or corsages affixed. Guaranteeing that they are ready to join you for your Saratoga Springs Temple wedding photos. But, also ensuring their wearable florals are located on the correct side, making them highly visible and enhancing your photos (our colleague Captured by Candace in Seattle would agree). After all, you chose your stunning wedding florals and color palette so carefully. We wouldn’t want them to be hidden or unseen in your wedding photos.
