La Caille is a stunning wedding venue and French restaurant located in Sandy, Utah. Residing at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon, La Caille has been hosting events for nearly half a century. The venue features awe-inspiring views of the canyon and lush expansive acres of vineyards dedicated to growing the finest wine grapes.

La Caille Wedding Spaces & Capacity
La Caille offers three unique spaces on their property to host your wedding. We will detail each location, along with the total capacity and views offered, below.
The Grand Atrium
Undoubtedly one of the most iconic locations at La Caille is its grand atrium, a wedding reception space enclosed in glass, evoking the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. This space features 20-foot vaulted ceilings, live tropical greenery, and sparkling bistro lighting hanging from above
Total Capacity | The atrium at La Caille has the ability to host up to 250 seated guests, or up to 300 guests for a flowing reception.
Canyon Patio
Surrounded by vineyard views and nestled in the canyon, La Caille has an outdoor space where you can host your wedding ceremony or reception. All in all, the space offers 1750 square feet and the layout is flexible.
Total Capacity | The canyon patio can host anywhere from 120 to 150 seated guests, depending upon your chosen seating configuration.
Vineyard Lawn
If you are dreaming of an outdoor wedding day experience at La Caille, but find yourself requiring a bit more space, you can host your wedding on the vineyard lawn. In total, the vineyard lawn is over 10,000 square feet of flexible space allowing you room to tent the lawn or design any seating configuration of your choice. This space provides majestic views of the canyon which are unobstructed.
Total Capacity | The vineyard lawn can host up to 600 seated guests, or up to 1000 guests for a flowing reception.
Utah Wedding Venue With Lodging
La Caille is a Utah wedding venue that also offers overnight lodging. You may be looking for a venue where your out-of-town guests can stay overnight. Or, you may just enjoy the ease of waking up and falling asleep at the same location on the day of your wedding. The venue offers three locations on their property where you or your guests can opt to stay overnight. Check-in at each of these locations is at 3 pm, with check-out at 11 am. We will detail the total capacity of each, below.
The Chateau
For an exquisite location on the grounds of La Caille, with stunning architecture, we highly recommend The Château. It’s an English-style manor residing among the trees and nestled against Little Cottonwood Creek.
The Château offers four exquisite sleeping rooms. Each of these comes with its own private, full bathroom. You will also find a full chef's kitchen, a living area, two dining rooms, and outdoor wrap-around patios. It’s a luxurious location, perfect for getting ready on the morning of your wedding.
Cozy Cabin
The cabin features one bedroom and is located at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. It also provides a full chef's kitchen, a living room, a dining area (to seat 6), a private hot tub and patio, a fireplace, and a covered porch where you can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding forested area.
Studio Cottage
The cottage is located on the acreage that features the La Caille Restaurant at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. The Cottage offers a private hot tub and patio, as well as a fireplace and covered porch for you to immerse yourself in the stunning natural scenery.
La Caille Wedding Cost
Are you curious to know the total cost of your La Caille wedding? Each space offers a different pricing structure, which is dependent upon the day of the week you host your wedding. Please note, that the below listed cost of a La Caille wedding is for 2026.
Vineyard Venues
The Grand Atrium, Canyon Patio, or the Vineyard Lawn
For weddings that take place during the off-season months of November through April, your venue rental will occur from the hours of 10 am to 10 pm.
The total cost is as follows:
- $8000 for weddings taking place Monday through Thursday
- $10,000 for weddings taking place on Friday or Sunday
- $12,000 for weddings taking place on Saturday
For weddings that take place during peak wedding season from the months of May through October, your venue rental will occur from the hours of 10 am to 10 pm.
The total cost is as follows:
- $12,000 for weddings taking place Monday through Thursday
- $18,000 for weddings taking place on Friday or Sunday
- $20,000 for weddings taking place on Saturday
