Flower Arch for Utah Wedding

Are you searching for a flower arch for your Utah wedding? Flower arches are a gorgeous enhancement to your ceremony space. But, oftentimes, couples can feel apprehensive about adding a flower arch to their Utah wedding because of expectations and cost. Although grand arches stuffed with florals and greenery create beautiful wedding chuppahs or altars, your flower arch can have a minimalistic approach, and still be just as gorgeous.

Shalya and Jonathan worked with us to curate their wedding day flowers. Including an arch, bouquet, boutonniere, aisle runners, table runners, added florals for their welcome signage, and a delicate wrist corsage for Shayla’s mini-bridesmaid. The bride and groom were planning an intimate backyard wedding in Utah but still wanted a flower arch that reflected the simplistic elegance of their day. So, we worked with them to create an arch that would provide the biggest impact for their budget, while also creating a romantic look for their ceremony. When we work with our couples to create their wedding florals, a minimum budget of $2k is required. But, we understand that not all couples require heaps of lush flowers and our goal is to curate what they need while still being respectful of their total budget.

The idea that Shayla had for her wedding flowers was to use soft creamy shades of white with added greens. However, I saw the opportunity to add in light touches of blue to elevate her color palette, while also coordinating with the groom's attire. It was just enough blue to retain the refined and romantic look that Shayla hoped for from her wedding flowers, while also adding a feeling of whimsy to their backyard garden wedding. We were able to create all of these elements while still being mindful of the total budget the couple had in mind.

With Shayla and Jonathan’s flower arch curated and ready for their backyard wedding in Utah, the couple decided to begin their wedding day with a first look. A first look is such an intimate, private moment between a couple at the start of their wedding day. Often times wedding day nerves, including anticipation and excitement, can be at an all-time high before a first look. However, it is of the utmost importance to remember to carry your bouquet or fasten your boutonniere, prior to the first look. This photo-driven moment between the two of you will produce unforgettable wedding day portraits and having your wedding day flowers on hand will give your photos an elevated perspective.
